About the Gemfaery
The Gemfaery makes all the jewelry you will find on these pages all by herself - out of
her own Missouri home, deep within' the countryside woodlands.
She does Chemistry by profession, and Jewelry by trade (hobby). Frankly, she uses
her hobby of making Jewelry to wind down after a long day of work at the lab.
She also feels that there's no reason for jewelry to be expensive. Honestly, the rocks
don't cost her an arm and a leg - and she's not making jewelry to earn a living.. why
should it cost you an arm and a leg? As long as she makes enough to allow her to buy
more stones and silver, she's quite happy. As such, you may notice that all of the
jewelry here is at a low cost. And yes, it's all real.
Where does she get her silver and stones?
Sometimes she buys them from trusted vendors online. But most of the time she buys
her materials from a company in New Mexico - which is the largest silver manufacturer
inside the USA. She was a customer of theirs for years (buying their completed
works), and one day she asked if she could buy "just the gem beads"; sure enough,
she can!
