Prefered Habitat: Faeron all love to stick to the leafy forests of the world. The cold seasons are not their
friends, and they usually prefer to stay most active during the springs and summers.... During the winter,
they usually seek shelter (like.. a hollowed out tree for a lovely den).
Diet: Well.. It's usually not known what Faeron eat, for nobody's seen them eat anything consistant. The
Frolics are said to dine on candy and sweets, where the Frolics will drink your milk and rummage through
your bread loaves.. The Starlight is still a mystery (though most say they eat fruit), and the Earbiter eats..
well.. Ears? ALL faeron however, have a habit of devouring small shiny objects (such as gems, and
pocket-watches).
Call: Faerons usually make a "mewing" sound, similar to kitten. They have also been known to "giggle" (be
it cute, or evil sounding) - a sound that seems very similar to that which a small child makes! They also
squeak when surprised.
Special Care Needs: .. Can you handle your Faeron's personality? Please check the Breed Differences for
more information.
Biology and Anatomy: About the size of a small cat and warm blooded, these hyper creatures need lots of
room to fly. They have a distinctly dragonish look about them, but give live birth. With six wings, they flit
around constantly, similar to hummingbirds. They are very delicate, so make sure they don't get torn. Their
scales should be oiled about once a week to prevent cracking, which causes great discomfort to the
creature. Their claws grow quickly, so weekly trimming is advised, or wearing leather all over. They may
look and act like dragons, but they don't breathe fire, which is unfortunate. Though they don't become any
larger once they reach their old stage in life, they do gain quite a bit more aerodynamics...
Loop-dee-loops? No problem. Hover? No problem. Turn on a dime? You bet! Good luck catching them.
Behavioral Study: *please see breed differences*
Suggested Uses: Many people keep Faeron for pets.. or rather, fairly intelligent minions.. Though they can't
talk, they DO seem to be able to (mostly) understand human speech, and (usually) stay close to their
human companion... Though, that won't stop them from causing them trouble. There are several people
however, who think all "faerie dragons" (of faeron) should be squashed like the insects they are upon sight!
Frolic: Frolic are by far the most friendly of all the Faeron. They have no mischivious nature to them, and
instead of playing pranks, they'd rather be fed candy, and pick flowers to give as gifts. They like watching
butteflies, and blowing bubbles, and rolling around in the grass, giggling on a sunny day. Unfortunataly,
their friendly nature is also their downfall, and they never can quite tell when they should stay away from
people - for anger does not translate well to them! If you are angry with a Frolic Faeron, and "smack it away",
it will mostly likely blink in confusion and hurt, then come right back with a giggle to give you a lick on the
cheek.
Rascal: Rascal are fairly similar to the Frolic, in that they're generally harmless and kind... However, don't let
their genrally friendly nature fool you! Have you ever lost your left sock? Or had a wind blow up your skirt,
making it a reverse umbrella? That may have been the (light-hearted) prank of a Rascal Faeron! While they
are usually friendly, the LOVE to play pranks on folk, and cause general mischief, and are thus sometimes
hard to control... and like their Frolic bretheren, they just don't know when to stop!
Starlight: Starlight is quite the opposite of almost all other Faeron... Rather than "not knowing when to quit",
they would rather do.. well, nothing at all. These little Faeron prefer to stay far away from all other people and
creatures, prefering a life of quiet, and peace. They'd much rather spend their time staring up at the stars,
which their own hide resembles. They also, are only seen at night, though it's rather rare - as they're a shy
lot.
Earbiter: Earbiter gets it's name for a reason! These little creatures go beyond harmless pranks, in fact, they
seem to get joy out of the more nasty kind! The most frequent complaint by those who encounter them, is
that they will fly up to bite your ear! Some Earbiters are so mean they say, that they'll bite a chunk of it right
off! Be careful around an Earbiter - although they can't kill you (you think), they can be quite nasty! ... Then
again... Why DID that piano fall, anyway..?

Snowdrop This is the only Faeron that seems to not mind the cold weather at all. In fact, it loves to play in the snow, and is usually seen flitting about during the early morning frost. Rumor has it, that it breathes frost onto the grass in the morning - but those are just rumors.
